Instructions

Kindly read the About Page. However, here are the itemized instructions:

  1. You must be a student of Delta State University, Abraka - Nigeria. Students in Oleh campus and affiliate centres are also allowed.

  2. Your solution must be any of the three (3) listed HERE.

  3. Your solution must be pythonic.

  4. Register and attend the forthcoming django workshops Django Summit DELSU and Django Girls Abraka.

  5. You MUST Register for this hackathon.

  6. You MUST follow the schedule for this hackathon and beat all deadlines.

  7. You MUST abide by the CoC.

Eligibility criteria

All undergraduate students of Delta State University, irrespective of their faculty or department, as long as they are capable of developing any of the digital solutions. NOTE all the prospective participants of this hackathon will be verified from the university's database.

Individual vs. Team registration

  1. It is advisable to work as a team, however, it is not a crime nor an offence, if any one can work individually and develop any of the solutions.

  2. In a team, there MUST be clear understanding and agrement on how the prize will be utilized. The prizes doesn't go the all the members of a team. It goes to the team.

  3. The members in a team MUST clearly state their name, student details and their role in the team at the point of registration.

  4. A team MUST submit their Non conflict agreement as well as their agreement on the prize if they win any of the prizes.

  5. A team's membership is a maximum of seven (7) and a minimum of five (5).

Deadline

Registration ends on August 15th, 2025.

Confirmation

Prospective participants will be notified of their acceptance on August 18th, 2025 via email or whatsapp. They must confirm their acceptance on or before August 25th, 2025.
